I called on 6-9-2010 and talked to victoria in albuquerque, nm. I told her my total current monthly bill was $49 and i wanted to stay within a few dollars with my new plan. Victoria told me that my new total bill would be $51.60 + tax + $7.00 insurance with my discount. I called today 6-18-2010 and talked with several representatives and was told my bill was $54 + $10 + $7 + tax much more than She had told me.
