I saw their ad on tv and decided to get an in-home estimate. Sales person came out the next day, he was very friendly. He measured my space (700 sq ft) and sat down to give me a quote for laminate floors. I should mention here that it took a total of 4 hours to give me a quote. I picked 3 different laminate floor samples. First they give you the "retail" price --- how much you would pay if you went elsewhere.
