Their ordering system sucks you in by telling you the item will ship right away, and then *after* your credit card has been charged, they tell you it will be more like a month. Then, when you cancel the order, they give you a cancellation confirmation number but go ahead and ship the item anyway, so that it will be next to impossible to get a refund. When you call them to try to get a refund, they obfuscate and obstruct, saying essentially, "it's just the way our system works, so it's your problem".
