On January 26 2010 I purchased a vehicle service agreement from EFG Companies. I agreed to pay a deposit of $160 and agreed to pay the balance by monthly installment. I was given 30 days to review and/or cancel the contract for a full refund minus $25 processing fees. On February 23, I contacted the company and notified them that I wanted to cancel the contract.
