To all who were hooked up with Protection Junction via cell phone text or online through Customer Rewards in order to receive "free" $100 Walmart gift card, there is hope! You need to go to the FBI complaints website at www.ic3.gov and file a complaint. Do this for any company that has scammed you using Walmart gift card/voucher/certificate as bait. Walmart has denied any affiliation with such surveys or offers and is suppose to address this on their website. I cancelled an unrequested membership on 6/14/10. Received email stating account cancelled 3/2010 on 6/14/10. 6/23/10 my account was chgd by elect. check, I dont know how they got my account #. I have already had to cancel my debit card due to similar situation. I called today and was told by supervisor Sam Adams (female), I am not sure it is real name, that they will reverse chg in 7-10 days. I forwarded a copy of cancellation letter also. We'll see if she does as she says, I will post results after 10 days. read full review »

I also was scammed by Protection Junction. They debited my card for $99.95 before I ever received packet, actually still have not received. Was told I had 14 days free trial from date I received info, which I did not and debit was done 8 days after I agreed to try trial. Also said s/h fee of $4.95, was chgd $9.95. Had to cancel debit card. If the brave one who sent the legal info to protection juntion does miraculously here back from them please let us know here. read full review »
