My family consisting of myself, my wife, 4 month daughter and 2 years son had a very bad experience flying from Toronto-Canada to Abu Dhabi and then from Abu Dhabi to Karachi-Pakistan through Etihad Airways. We booked baby bassinet seat for our daughter and it was confirmed while booking. When we boarded the ground crew confirmed and issued us the boarding passes but when we boarded we were not given the seats which were confirmed and told at the time of boarding, our seats were given to somebody else.
