Bupa International left one of their Irish citizens in an African hospital denying him his international coverage after he and his wife were attacked by a gang attempting a carjacking. The patient saved his wife by fighting off 5 attackers armed with a gun and axes and was taken in critical condition to Nairobi Hospital in Kenya his face and head practically hacked to pieces.
