I did an online delievery for Cricket. When The package arrived many red flags went up..roaming phones, NO REFUND despite phones not being used, tried to keep my number, etc. The workers were EXTREMELY RUDE!Now my refund is $178.97 short (after putting out $340)! I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau because they received the packages in the 15 day window (I have the confirmation) and the federal trade commission or the oversight committee on cell phones and report this company for deceptive practices, return policy and have no standard policy when returning phones.
