My interest rate was hiked from 13% to 30% after the new credit card rules went into affect in February 2010. I spoke with supervisors who told me they were requested a "reinstatement" of the agreed upon interest rate. They strung me along for a few more months, each supervisor promising the "request" had been "approved" and that there would be a refund of finance charges and the correct interest rate of 13%.
