We installed this devise under the pretext that it was goverment subserdised and would save us 25% to 50% of out electricity cost per month. this did not happen. then when we contacted the local municipality, they informed us that they nothing of this. we approached C T international and informed them that we are very unhappy with this devise and they are to please remove it and refund our money. they said no. just a straight no. they also said we must find the person who sold us the devise and ask them to refund us. so if anyone else... read full review »
