Parents took my lap top to a conns in mcallen tx since it wasnt charging.Was told 2 weeks max those weeks passed called the main r.c(repair center) in S.A. they said nope. That they were behind schedule and it would take about a month for me to get it back basically til july.I said send it back got it back signed for it.Parents got home to find this huge scratch on the top.Called conn's they said we bubble wrap it so it wasnt us call the r.c.
