We ordered a hot tub in Oct of 2009 it is now June 2010 and no hottub. Our delivery date has been changed everytime I manage to talk to some one. But getting a return call or email is next to impossible. What I do is call sales and have them transfer me to Customer Service and they tell another two weeks, another two weeks.
