I went thru HELL trying to get my money back from Protection Junction. I battled with them over a month. After the Better Business Bureau achieved NOTHING, I wrote the State Attorney General for my state and the state of Oregon, where Protection Junction is. I enclosed in the letter what had happened, date and time that the money was wrongfully taken, and a copy of this website posted complaints, showing them this is such a scam. I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau a little over a week ago. I just received a response from the BBB saying that the company has settled to refund my money to the account. It asked for satisfaction or dissatisfaction, and if not satisfied a middle ground. I responded that since the card number they possess is no longer valid I would like the money to come directly to me. Hope to post good news for everyone soon. I know a lot of people have been having problems. The only way to fight companies like this one is to keep on them. Make complaints with the better business bureau, they will contact you back and give you a confirmation and number. Document everything. Keep calling. ASk for names, ask for supervisors Joe, Kenneth, David, katherine gonzalez, jim, charley scordia, Brain Snodgrass. ask for the refund department. I participated in the trial membership period on May 21, 2010. I was told I had ten days to cancel. After, researching and looking at the website, i decided it was not actually what I thought it was so I called to cancel prior to the ten days. I was was sent an e-mail. The following business day, June 1, 2010, I was charged 99.95. To an unemployed, veteran and college student, that is a lot of money. I called again and was told my money would be refunded.
