Kind Sir/Maam, I Mr. M.D. Khan would like to complaint and bring to your notice the inconvenience and unprofessionalism i faced because of Air india staff. I am a regular traveller. On the 17th of April, 2010, I was supposed to travel from Mumbai to Madras with your airline on flight AI 640, My booking was confirmed.
