SIte sells NFL apparel. I placed an order (#1770)on May 5, 2010 for an NFL jersey to be sent to an address in US. I paid by VISA credit card, payment was processed by the Visamasterpay.com web site and regularly charged to my credit card on the same dayof the order. I inquired several times by e-mail but got no answer whatsoever. Status of my order on the 9ico.com site is shown as "Processing" and "Payment is being processed", but, as said above, card has been charged already. read full review »
