I have purchased two so called wooden coolers from Vikram Lalwani of Sigma Coolers Jaipur, one month ago. the persons and onwers of sigma wooden coolers are very bad in behaviour and customer service or respect. both coolers are not giving cool air and have leakage problem and the wooden body was also swallowed condition and fan is not working properly. we complains too much times but they have proudy attitude and not picking service center numbers and if pick than abuse over phone. so, it is recommended to all the viewers of complaintsboard... read full review »
