I vacated the room on 13 April 2010 as rightfully pointed out in your letter, but the strenuous uninhabitable conditions under which I was forced to do the same are intentionally omitted in your letter. On 12 April 2010 when the temperature was extremely high and loo was blowing the whole night you did not provide any cooler to me and kept telling you will give it to me the next day.
