My Parents bought Dish TV from M/s Tiwari Brothers, at Raigarh (Chattisgarh) vide Invoice no. : 5343 on 17th November 2009. It was billed on my Father's name: Mr. P.K. Bagchi On 10th June 2010 the Set Top Box stopped showing anything and was not even beaming any signal.
