Last September (2009) I cancelled 2 numbers on my Vodacom Account. Today June (2010) I am still battling to get these number; a. cancelled; b. reimbursed for the payment over the last months. After having spoken to several people in the costumer care department, accounts department and even management, I now have several different stories resuting in my company still paying for numbers that have been cancelled in September 2009.
