I recently purchased a Haier Refrigerator with freezer on top. It was installed by the company that it was purchased from. Once they left I started putting the items in the bottom and when I shut the bottom door the top came open. I immediately called the company and the workman returned. He made sure that it was level, took the door off and put it back on, no good. He said that it was the first time he had seen this happen, he was not able to fix the issue.
