Me and my Husband have been trying to get a Loan Modification for over a year now with no prevail. We have submitted the requested documents over and over again, provided financials over the phone etc. Today I called to find out the status of the Loan Modification request and was informed that there was no review...that I needed to provided financials over the phone again as well as fax supporting documents.
