My wife was booking flight arragements for me on Hotwire.com to fly to Las Vegas on business. She found a good price, so she booked the flight. Unaware to her the flight was due in Las Vegas at 11:40 PM local time. Hotwire did not notify her of the arrival time until after the flight was booked. When she saw this she called hotwire.com and wanted to change the flight, she even offered to pay a higher fee to re-book. She was told no and had to accept the flight arrangements.
