First, the 'sale' that was ending in two hours magically reappears every month. The staff called my 3k+ balance due in person, which required me to leave work early to resolve, to find they completely ignored the 3 yr 0% financing paperwork. Half the order didn't arrive for two months later, and part of the original delivery wasn't what I ordered. I like the products, but the service is terrible. I still have a 'store credit' I can't seem to access and the employees are easily the most incompetent people I have ever met in business transaction. read full review »
