Do not use this insurance company. They take advantage of military and DOD people. I was using them until today. I originally had USAA and switched to AFI in March of 2010. Well that was a big mistake. In August 2010, I called in to find out about my payment because I received a letter saying that I didnt owe anything for August. When I got a rep. she told me that the information that I received was correct, that because I dropped one car and added a new car the newer car was cheaper, therefore, giving me a credit of 2 dollars and no payment... read full review »
