We purchased the rainsoft system...or shall I say my husband was suckered into purchasing the rainsoft system exactly one year ago. I had concerns as the product cosst 5k for whole house and air purifier system, and because our sales rep who turns out to also be the general manager in our area made it seem like the company was working for us.
