My family and I went to Ruby Tuesday's on Saturday, June 12, 2010 about 7:00 pm. We expected the place to be busy, but it was not. We were seated right away. Than it started, we waited 20 minutes before a waitress came over to ask our order. She returned with our drinks, than we waited almost 45 minutes for our entrees to come out. We of course order steak, we order them med rare and they came out extra well done, there was alot of grizzle and fat in each steak. The meat was tough and almost cold.
