tripmate is a horrible choice stay far away!!! i was supposed to go to europe when the volcano erupted in April and was unable to go. I was told that I was going to get a check in the mail reimbursing the entire amount. I did get the check, the problem though was the name that the check was made out to was not even close to my name!! I called as soon as I got the check. I was told to put the check in the mail and once they got it i would get the check with my actual name on it. There was no way I was going to do that. What if they never... read full review »
