This company has also put an unauthorized charge on my VISA account for $4.92. (I wonder if they're planning to continue to charge me monthly.) How did they get my VISA number, as I've never done business with them? They have a form for refunds, but you need an order number--and I never ordered from them! What can I do now? read full review »
