Found charter trying to run a cable across our property to connect to the strip mall next store. They did not ask permission. They said that they could not ask permission because it was an emergency ( phone service gone and no 911 calls could be made), so they said they put in the temp line at 2:00 AM. Since I lived right by charter's building, i went over and asked to see the work order for the 2:00 am service call and no such service call was made.
