Etisalat is imposing Elife to the existing internet users even after service not accepted by the customer. I am Deepak Mohan an exisitng user of al shamil. On 20/06/2010 i have received a call from Etisalat 065679107 breifing the product Elife.I have clearly instructed the sales Agent (ahmed) to cancel my request, which he agreed on the same day. Next day (21/06/2010) the service got activated. I called 101 to complaint regarding the same, they are not accepting the complaint.I called back to sales agent (ahmed) he is unable to cancel.
