Lg has violated the terms of warranty for not having replaced/rectified the defective air intake(inlet grille). Complaints were registered with dealer at Palampur, Service Center at Dharamsala (Kangra) area service sCenter at Chandigarh, Zonal service center at Noida and 1800-180-9999.Till date excepting of getting the damage inspected no remedial action by Lg nor any intimation of the outcome of my grievance has been received from Lg. Patches of discolouration, puncture of grille and holes would eventually damage the whole grille and consequently the air conditioner. These are progressively increasing. read full review »
