I was shopping with my wife and 3 kids for a vacuum cleaner at 1pm on a saturday afternoon. The shop was busy but we waited patiently for a staff member to come and serve us. My wife wanted to buy a Miele vacuum cleaner because we had change 3 vacuum cleaners in 2 years and now we are prepared to pay for quality made in Germany. The staff's Name is Jennifer as we asked another staff member as we left in disgust.
