We pay Sears $250 for 2 year, no limits, service plan June 2 — A/C unit freezing up, no cold air blowing. booked service call for Monday June 7, 8-4 June 7 — took day off work, waited, got a call saying 2 technicians didnt go to work and no one was coming that day. Had a few words for the ‘messenger’ called the service line back, booked another appointment for Saturday June 12, 8-4, got confirmation call that it was going to be betwen 12-4.
