I upgraded my cellphone contract (078 100 2987) on 20/21 April 2010. Since that upgrade I could not make any outgoing phonecalls. I have complaint to MTN on numerous occasions and do have the relevant reference numbers but up till today I cannot make phone calls from the specific cell number. I have gone so far as to camplain at: 1. getclosure (cosumer protection) 2. ICASA ( the communications body that governs communication in South Africa), but to no avail.
