Charter is THE WORST internet provider I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. My husband and I use the internet for a variety of purposes, so we need a good internet connection. We had Charter's 8mb package, but it wasn't cutting it. We upgraded to 16mb. Unfortunately, we're only getting 2mb. This has been going on for months.
