Very unprofessional and unethical company - and we were dealing with the Owner who got involved once his sales reps dropped the ball a few times. After ordering the incorrect front door, damaging our interior door trim and tile, the outdoor cement landing, and making a mess of the caulking (even encasing our doorbell), they took 4 months to locate the replacement tile, after we gave them the sku number twice and eventually had to give them a box count and listing of all the Rona's in the GTA that have them.
