As I was reading all the past complaints, they sounded exactly like mine! I was told that my husband could go work at McDonald's if we didn't have any income! I asked for a supervisor and he was worse than the rep. that I originally spoke with. No compassion, total harassment. I know this is a debt we owe, but without the means it is impossible to pay.
