It is submitted that I purchased sweets from M/s Bikanerwala Sector 29 GGN on 17.6.10 for Rs. 1290/-. I tendered my Debit Card No.4213 6844 8300 1703 for the payment. The person on counter punched the card three times but failed to accept for the reasons “not sufficient fund”.
