I'm the owner of a property that went into foreclosure. I've stressed to the bank for over a year that I wanted a modification. All of the financial information was forwarded to the bank back in October of 2009, however they kept putting the modification and the foreclosure auction date off. Then I recieved a letter from the attorney handling the foreclosure dated May 6th stating the home is going in for auction on June 1st, but later received a letter dated May 26th from the bank asking for more information for the modification... read full review »
