Hi i am a new client to johnson insurance and on this past friday our home filled with sewer back-up and then hours later we were flooded out. All the homes in the area that were affected are being covered under sewer back-up and my insurance company said i was as well. For some reason they have had a change of heart and now they are trying to not help us. We have a dirt basement under our home and unifund is saying they dont even cover homes with dirt basements but yet they had no problem taking money out of my bank account every month. could you please help me or direct me to who can help my email address is [email protected] read full review »
