On 29 May 2010 I brought my freightliner century to Nampa Idaho freightliner to check what is wrong with my engine and why “check engine light” periodically on. The technician tell me EGR valve bad and this is the cause of it. He replaced EGR valve. And soon the engine start I told them nothing is changed. The engine makes same “bumming” noise and has exceeding vibration. The technician tells me they only fixed my CEL and first time hears about these things.
