On 24th. June, 2010 @ noon I walked into Digi SS2, Petaling Jaya office to enquire about my phone which is presented to me as a gift. I find trouble switching on the phone. As a digi customer for over 10 years and so happen to be around that area I seek their help. But to my surprise I met an unhelp & gloomy staff by the name of Mr. Alan Teh.
