I was charged for my viper car starter to be taken out when they told me upon installation that there is a lifetime warranty on the product, (especially to pull it out). Well, when the car starter went bad, they blamed it on a 2004 crossfire with 50, 000 miles. Needless to say, Firestone looked at it and found that the problem was gone as soon as they CHARGED me to take out the system.
