I received 2 reminder calls for my initial appointment and went into office as scheduled. Had full set of x-rays and dentist said I needed a crown and my 6 month cleaning. They were to call the next day after checking with my insurance and coming up with a cost estimate. They didn't call, didn't return my 3 phone calls over the next week and the email I sent to corporate. I had 2 insurance policies so there shouldn't have been a problem.
