This loan was supposed to be done and recorded in April; currently I am showing that there is two Trust Deeds on the property and no Reconveyance of the “First Trust Deed” that was placed on the property in October of 2002. This business practice is unacceptable I expect that the original Trust Deed will be reconveyed, and the Substitution of Trustee will be filed in Solano County.
