So called free trial is not free at all. clearly the order confirm states "if you are not sure after 2 full weeks after receiving product, you are still fully covered by 60 day full money back guarantee". However when calling to cancel any FUTURE shipments, you are told that the initial cost of $59.95 will be billed to your acct, after your 15 day trial period to decide if you want the product or not. I've been looking and can't see that particular disclosure. Is there a place to make a formal complaint for this misreprenstation? read full review »
