We purchased two 2 Tons Volta AC s(Vertis Plus S)and found that one of the Inner Unit is not working. We made a complaint to Volta customer Care vide complaint No. 10JU1901990. Its more than a week but their Service franchise M/S Suri Air Con, Dwarka, New Delhi have not been bothering to rectify the defect.
