My friends and I had a really bad experience with a website called hydeparkconcerts.com which I came across via Google natural search listings. I was searching with my friend for tickets for the Stevie Wonder concert in Hyde Park 26.06.10. Unfortunately having the bought the tickets well in advance, we since received an email from them saying that they could not supply the tickets (they had been let down by their supplier) but also could NOT get me a refund (we paid for x4 tickets so this is a complete nightmare .
