I concur with all of the bookit.com complaints. My family booked the Crown Plaza Astoria in New Orleans for a weekend in March. A family emergency arose and we wanted to CHANGE (not cancel) the reservation date. However, they wanted us to pay cancellation fees to simply change the date to two weeks later and then expected us to make a new reservation with them. I think not!! We canceled alright...and found a better deal with Hotwire. Don't use these people! No customer service whatsoever! read full review »
