I have my DSL through AT&T . A few weeks ago, it stopped working. After innumerable calls, I finally got through to the service center, which, by the way, is in INDIA. After asking me every irrelevant question in the book, they finally agreed to send over a technician. He was actually very helpful, and fixed the problem in the line. To do so he had to climb the telephone pole a block away. Then the problem happened again.
